JOSHUA TODD JAMES is an author, screenwriter, martial artist, and father of two very active boys in New York City. He created the sci-fi serial THE COMPANION CHRONICLES, which includes the novels SOME ANIMALS, MINORITY OF ONE, FREEDOM RUN, MAN IN A BOX, and DOMO-ARIGATO, MISTER ROBOTO. A proud member of WGAE, his screenplay credits include POUND OF FLESH, starring Jean-Claude Van Damme, and TAKE COVER starring Alice Eve and Scott Adkins (for 2024) among others. He's also published two free ebooks of monologues for actors, BUILT FOR ABUSE I (for men) and BUILT FOR ABUSE II (for women).
